SkorerApp uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
SkorerApp, halı saha maç organizasyonu ve oyuncu eşleştirme hizmetleri sunan bir mobil platformdur. Uygulama, saha bilgilerini listeleme ve oyuncular arasında maç kurma hizmeti vermektedir.
2. Hesap ve Üyelik
- Uygulamayı kullanmak için telefon numarası veya e-posta ile kayıt olmanız gerekir
- 18 yaşından küçükler veli/vasi onayı ile kayıt olabilir
- Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz
- Bir kişi yalnızca bir hesap oluşturabilir
3. Maç Organizasyonu ve Ödeme
- Maç organizasyonu kaptan tarafından yapılır
- SkorerApp bir ödeme aracı değildir ve oyuncular arasında herhangi bir ödemeye aracılık etmez
- Saha ücretleri oyuncular tarafından uygulama dışında, kendi aralarında karşılanır
- Uygulama içi satın alımlar (varsa) yalnızca App Store / Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir
4. Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Topluluk Kuralları
- Doğru ve güncel bilgi sağlamak ve diğer kullanıcılara saygılı davranmak
- Spam, hakaret, taciz veya uygunsuz içerik paylaşmamak; uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamak (sahte maç, bot vb.)
- Uygunsuz içeriğe ve saldırgan kullanıcılara karşı sıfır tolerans uygularız
- Kullanıcılar uygunsuz içeriği veya kullanıcıları uygulama içinden bildirebilir ve engelleyebilir
- Bildirilen içerik 24 saat içinde incelenir, kaldırılır ve ihlal eden kullanıcılar uygulamadan çıkarılır
- Uygulama, küfür ve uygunsuz görseller için otomatik içerik denetimi kullanır
5. Sorumluluk Sınırı
SkorerApp bir aracı platformdur. Saha kalitesi, oyuncu davranışları ve maç sırasında oluşabilecek sakatlıklardan doğrudan sorumlu değildir. Saha sahipleri kendi tesislerinin güvenliğinden sorumludur.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
SkorerApp markası, logosu, tasarımı ve içeriği KNTR'ye aittir. İzinsiz kopyalama ve dağıtım yasaktır.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar önceden haber vermeksizin güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim gönderilir.
8. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tâbidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

By using the SkorerApp application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
SkorerApp is a mobile platform that provides football match organization and player matchmaking services. The application lists venue information and enables match creation between players.
2. Account and Membership
- You must register with a phone number or email to use the application
- Users under 18 may register with parental/guardian consent
- You are responsible for the security of your account information
- Each person may create only one account
3. Match Organization and Payment
- Match organization is managed by the captain (kaptan)
- SkorerApp is not a payment intermediary and does not facilitate any payment between players
- Pitch fees are settled by the players themselves, outside the app
- In-app purchases (if any) are made solely through the App Store / Google Play
4. User Content and Community Rules
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information and treat other users with respect
- Do not share spam, insults, harassment, or inappropriate content; do not misuse the app (fake matches, bots, etc.)
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
- Users can report and block objectionable content or users from within the app
- Reported content is reviewed and removed within 24 hours, and violating users are ejected
- The app uses automated content moderation for profanity and inappropriate images
5. Limitation of Liability
SkorerApp is an intermediary platform. It is not directly responsible for venue quality, player behavior, or injuries that may occur during matches. Venue owners are responsible for the safety of their facilities.
6. Intellectual Property
The SkorerApp brand, logo, design, and content belong to KNTR. Unauthorized copying and distribution is prohibited.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice. In-app notifications will be sent for significant changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
